Who is Omar Martin?<\/strong><\/p>\n Okay, let’s start from the beginning. You may be asking “Who is Omar Martin?”<\/p>\n Omar and Melinda Martin have built their business,\u00a0Higher Level Strategies, from the ground up.\u00a0 Omar has become a well-recognized expert in the Internet Marketing Industry.\u00a0 As a public figure and consultant, Omar is often a “go-to guy” when a struggling newbie needs a straight answer.<\/p>\n The Digital Divide<\/strong><\/p>\n In their most recent launch, they had a webinar where Omar talked about “the digital divide.”\u00a0 I understood the concept but had not heard the term before.
